macOS

Desktop App Features

The desktop app includes everything in the web version, plus:

Installing the Desktop App

Download the app

Click the download link above or visit trilo.app/download.

Open the DMG file

Double-click the downloaded .dmg file to open it.

Drag to Applications

Drag the Trilo icon to your Applications folder.

Launch Trilo

Open Trilo from your Applications folder or Spotlight search.

Sign in

Enter your credentials or sign in with Google to access your workspace.
On first launch, macOS may ask you to confirm opening an app from the internet. Click Open to proceed.

Mobile Apps

Take Trilo with you on your phone or tablet. Our mobile apps are optimized for on-the-go productivity.

iOS

Your data automatically syncs across all your devices:
  • Changes made on any device appear everywhere instantly
  • Messages, tasks, and documents are always up to date
  • No manual syncing required
If you’re having sync issues, try signing out and back in, or check your internet connection.

Auto-Updates

Our desktop and mobile apps update automatically to ensure you always have the latest features and security improvements.
  • Desktop: Updates are downloaded in the background and applied when you restart the app
  • Mobile: Enable automatic updates in your device’s app store settings

Troubleshooting

Try these steps:
  1. Restart your computer
  2. Re-download the latest version from our website
  3. Check that your OS meets the minimum requirements
  4. On Mac, try right-clicking and selecting “Open” if you see a security warning
Make sure notifications are enabled:
  • Desktop: Check your system notification settings
  • Mobile: Go to Settings > Apps > Trilo > Notifications
  • In-app: Check Settings > Notifications in Trilo
Try these solutions:
  1. Close and reopen the app
  2. Check your internet connection
  3. Update to the latest version
  4. Clear the app cache in your device settings
