- Re-download the latest version from our website
- Check that your OS meets the minimum requirements
- On Mac, try right-clicking and selecting “Open” if you see a security warning

- Desktop: Check your system notification settings
- Mobile: Go to Settings > Apps > Trilo > Notifications
- In-app: Check Settings > Notifications in Trilo
