How Booking Works
- You set up your booking page with available times
- You share the booking link with others
- They choose a time from your available slots
- Both calendars update with the meeting
Setting Up Your Booking Page
Enable Booking

Go to Settings
Click Settings in the sidebar.

Select Booking
Find the Booking or Scheduling section.

Enable booking page
Toggle on your public booking page.

Set up your availability and preferences.
Basic Settings

Availability Settings
Working Hours
Set when you’re available for bookings:1

Select which days of the week you accept bookings.

Set daily hours
For each day, set start and end times.

Add breaks
Optionally exclude lunch or other regular breaks.
- Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Lunch break: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
- Weekends: Unavailable
Buffer Time
Add padding around meetings:| Buffer Type | Purpose |

- 15 minutes before each meeting
- 10 minutes after each meeting
Minimum Notice
Set how far in advance bookings must be made:- 1 hour: Same-day bookings allowed
- 24 hours: Next-day minimum
- 48 hours: Two-day advance notice
- 1 week: Week-ahead planning
Maximum Advance
Limit how far ahead people can book:- 1 week: Only near-term availability
- 2 weeks: Short-term scheduling
- 1 month: Standard advance booking
- 3 months: Long-term availability

Booking Flow
What the other person experiences:- Opens your booking link
- Sees your available times
- Selects a time slot
- Enters their details (name, email)
- Confirms the booking
Confirmation
After booking:- They receive: Confirmation email with details
- You receive: Notification of new booking
- Calendar: Event added to both calendars
Calendar Sync
Booked meetings:- Appear on your Trilo calendar
- Sync to connected calendars (Google, Outlook)
- Block the time from future bookings
Managing Bookings
Viewing Bookings
See your scheduled bookings:- Check your calendar
- Or view in Settings > Booking > Scheduled
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule:- Open the booking
- Click Reschedule
- Select a new time
- The booker is notified of the change
Canceling
To cancel a booking:- Open the booking
- Click Cancel
- Optionally add a reason
- The booker receives cancellation notice
Always provide notice when canceling. Last-minute cancellations create poor experiences.

Blocking Time
Manual Blocks
Block time when you’re unavailable:- Create an event on your calendar
- Mark it as “Busy” or “Out of office”
- That time won’t appear as available for booking
Calendar Integration
Connected calendars affect availability:- Events from Google/Outlook block booking slots
- This prevents double-booking
- Keep connected calendars up to date
